A new design for one of the most enduring designs in the Kinetik portfolio, and we used the input of world cup athletes to inform our choices. The Joule 3.0 wearable chalk bag funnels chalk to where you need it. Ergonomics is the key to the design of the Joule. Your hands aren’t flat, so your chalk bag shouldn’t be either. The shape of the Joule 3.0 reflects the shape of your dipping hand. Thus making the Joule a resource conscious solution to chalk management. All of the available chalk in your bag is funneled to where is most effective, your fingertips. Making it possible to use every last bit of chalk before you need to refill your bag.
We keep the focus on your hand with the design of the Joule 3.0 wearable chalk bag, by eliminating the feel of any seam in the fleece liner as you dip. The natural path of the hand does not cross a single seam in the fleece liner, creating a smooth dipping process.
The Joule uses a center pull drawstring closure that allows you to close your bag with either hand, while wearing it. It’s important to brush holds when you are working on a project, even on a rope, so the Joule 3.0 has an elastic brush holder that accommodates a wide variety of brush sizes.
The Joule 3.0 chalk bag is constructed of fabric that is designed to take a beating and is made in the USA in our Boulder, Colorado workshop.
