The focus is on your hand with the design of the Joule AE lightweight wearable chalk bag. You won’t feel any seam in the fleece liner as you dip. The natural path of the hand does not cross a single seam in the fleece liner, creating a smooth dipping process.
The Joule AE uses a center pull drawstring closure which allows you to close your bag with either hand, while wearing it. There is an elastic brush holder that accommodates a wide variety of brush sizes for that last minute brush before the send.
The Joule AE uses a lighter weight fabric to achieve its lightweight profile. It’s not delicate by any means, it’s the fabric weight that most backpacking companies use in their high wear areas. If you want to go off width climbing, or like dragging your chalk bag behind your car on the way to the crag, you may want our Joule 3.0 as your daily driver.
