Our owner John Fox, is a dedicated designer, boulderer, husband and father. We are a small business – he cuts fabric and sews it together, and is the one who replies to your emails.

Our Origin
A spark was ignited in 2002 in the hidden boulder fields of Southern Illinois. A small group of friends, equipped with a couple sewing machines and a few design degrees, started building unique bouldering gear. The first years were just about having fun outfitting friends, and in 2010 KinetiK was born.
The products have constantly evolved and improved since that humble beginning. Our ethos is to create the best products we can imagine… and then make them even better, never letting good enough be good enough. We never compromise on quality of materials, patience in construction, or finely tuned design details.
