Foam – 3 layer foam design – Hybrid Hinge Design

• Catch Layer – 1″ Closed Cell High Density foam to unify impact and spread it over the full pad

• Cushion Layer – 2″ Open Cell High Force Deflection foam to slow the impact

• Control Layer – 1″ Closed Cell High Strength foam to prevent bottoming out

Shell – Exterior Material and Features

• 1680D Heavy Duty Ballistic Nylon exterior with 1000D nylon landing zone

• Polyester reinforced waterproof vinyl carry harness protection flap

• Adjustable padded shoulder straps with 3-D wicking mesh fabric

• Torso adjustment to fit torsos from 15″ to 21″

• Adjustable Load Lifting straps to stabilize pad weight and take weight off the top of the shoulders

• 2″ Nylon waist belt to transfer pad weight to hips

• Two drag handles while open and one carry handle while packed

• Shoe buffing heavy duty upholstery available for landing zone (additional $10.00)

Omni-Flap Closure System

• Covers the shoulder straps and entire back of pad during use

• Protects shoulder straps from mud and debris with waterproof fabric

• Creates a entirely flush and flat back of pad in use, no more straps getting caught on rocks and roots

• Allows for an additional pad to stack while hauling, with NO ADDITIONAL STRAPS
